I did not receive item that was described.

This product was disappointing. It did not come with the carry bag as advertised. It also does not have a dual soft/firm side and appears to just be regular foam mattress. I reached out to the company thinking I received the wrong item, but they confirmed the product code and that is what is on my box. I lm not certain where the disconnect is between what is being advertised on the MACY’S site and what is being sent out, but I will be returning it.
