Damaged brackets

I would like to get in contact with whomever is,responsible about this item. One of the locks is damaged doesn't close as the,rest. The,brackets are not working properly. Thank you

I BROUGHT THIS IN AUGUST NOT EVEN 2 MONTHS YET ALREADY PEELS, IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE BECAUSE IT IS A FURNITURE NOT SOMETHING YOU CAN WEAR, I ASK FOR MY FULL REFUND, I ONLY RECIEVE 50%. AND WHEN I GET HOME, I CHECK IT AGAIN OTHER PARTS START PEEL OFF ALSO. DO NOT BUY IT, IT IS POORLY MADE.LOOKS BEAUTIFUL BUT NOT GOOD.
