Best on the market!

Delivered quickly, very well packaged. It is simple and easy to use, works quietly, dries quite quickly. We dried figs and pears. We are very pleased with the result. Anyone who cares about their health simply must have such a dryer.

Limited Effectiveness

After using for several years, cons outweigh the pros. Pros limited to programmable controls over the Excalibur brand. However the cons are multiple. 1 - limited spacing between shelves results in any food that tends to curl during drying will get caught, requiring fewer shelves to be used, lowering efficiency. 2 - Excessive thickness of standard plastic shelves reduces usable vertical space for drying. 3 - Air flow through standard plastic shelves is restricted and their higher relative thermal mass increases drying times over Excalibur. 4 - Standard plastic shelves are very difficult to clean due to deep honeycomb pattern on back side of the shelves. 5 - Top of door tends to get stuck when attempting to close the door due to warpage along bottom hinge. Overall, I still prefer my 5 shelf Excalibur over the Sedona.

Practical, functional, and sexy looking

I love my new Sedona dehydrator! It's working a lot and got so much done already. I learned a lot and I'm eating super healthy raw vegan delicacies everyday. It's easy to use, works great everything dries perfectly evenly, and it's so damn good looking in my kitchen! Great price too! Happy guy here.

Dehydrator dehydrator 9000

We purchase the dehydrator 9000 about 3 years ago. After heavy usage during the past years, the dehydrator stop functioning about a week ago. I called the customer services about the issue and was told to perform some quick checks and found the issue was the circuit board. The dehydrator is functioning again after I received and replaced the new circuit board. The circuit board replacement is quick and easy. I am very happy with my decision on purchasing this dehydrator and thanks for the good customer services that I received from Sedona.

Simply Outstanding

Awesome

I am so glad I went with the Sedona 9000. It is a very good dehydrators. I have made kale chip, mustard, banana chips, and apples. I have sweet potatoes in right now. I would recommend this dehydrators to everyone. It is so easy to clean and the trays are a good size. They are also easy to clean.
