Great little machine

I like using this juicer to make one serving of green juice for my husband in the morning. It's fun! It does take a bit of muscle to crank this thing but it's so satisfying to see the pulp come out really dry. The machine is built well and I think it will last our family a long time.

Best juicer that I have ever used, and compact as well

I bought my Zstar Manual Juicer almost 10 years ago and remember the amazement when the debris came out of the end nozzle that it was so dry, I could have literally struck a kitchen match off of it and the match would have lit. Really. Which is to say that this machine extracts all of the juice from what goes through it. Coming upon my 8th year in using it, the Zstar is still in good operation, meaning the parts were made well and the design was good. At that time of purchase, a piece that allowed the juice to stay with the debris was included in the box. I make Hummus by inserting the roasted red bell peppers, the boiled and drained garbanzo beans, and the tahini and have excellent resulted. I always thought I'd need a food processor, but was wrong. This manual juicer was worth my money and the company will stand by you for any faults in what they sell, honestly.

In love!

It's my daily exercise and nutrition all the in one. I juice 40 oz every day and it extracts absolutely everything out of my veggies. What's left from juicing parsley is like powder. My only complaint is the cup they give you doesn't go back at an angle quite enough, and if you don't put it on top of something small (say half inch thick), you end up losing a few precious drops. Still, can't beat this little amazing little, easily transportable, easy to clean gem.

Easy peasy!

Decided to attempt growing winter wheat (for wheatgrass) in my veg garden. Result: success! Next, attempted to juice my first crop w/ my Green Star Elite, but realized the wheatgrass was too fine to be pressed effectively. So, bought the Z-710, set it up easily, and juiced my second harvest with the desired outcome. (NB: Wheatgrass grown outside is sweeter and w/o the weird little aftertaste from that grown inside.) The Z-710 is easy to set up, disassemble and clean. I've parked it on the edge of one of my counters, w/ the handle off until I use the device. Am very happy with it.
