Just add the ladders to play ladder toss, remove them to play bag toss, and flip over the platforms to play washer toss. All pieces necessary to play each game are included - 2 ladders, 2 platforms, 8 bags - 4 red, 4 blue, 6 bolas - 3 red, 3 blue and 6 washers - 3 red, 3 blue and can easily be transported in the included mesh carrying case.
