Macy’s Jewelry

I bought my niece a pair of 14k gold earrings for her birthday December 9,2023. I know it weird but she lives out of town and I wanted to give them to her in person which turned out to be be over a year after her birthday. Two weeks ago. They broke when she tied to put them on. Apparently Macy’s jewelry has a 30 day expiration date. They won’t do anything. This is the second pair of earrings from Macy’s that broke. Don’t buy their jewelry.

Pack jewelry better

The earrings were nice but the were just attached and thrown into a pouch and they were a Christmas gift for someone. Very disappointed in how they were delivered but like the earrings.
