The regular messagers are too heavy to hold for a prolonged period of time. This tool is great .

Awesome!

Wish I purchased this sooner! As an athlete who is always on the go, I needed something to help with before and after muscle tightness. I like how versatile this roller is. I’ve been able to using it both while sitting and standing, and on everything from my calves to my back.

Great Foam Roller

This foam roller is perfect size. I can do my back exercises without any issues. The vibration feature gives an extra kick to it. I use the vibration feature on back and legs and it provides relief.

Love this!

I suffer from pain in my thighs and legs after long runs. This vibrating roller has helped tremendously. I usually have been using it after my workouts and it’s made such a difference. I like that it has different speeds so I usually start off on the lowest speed and move up from there.

Excellent lower back relief!

I bought this foam roller over a month ago and I am so pleased with this purchase. I have been suffering from lower back pain for over a year due to my long work hours. I typically sit in front of my computer for around 6-8 hours each day. Since purchasing this roller, I now have a personal vibrating device that I can use as much as needed to help alleviate my lower back pain. I love the fact that this roller has multiple speeds so I can increase or decrease it according to my pain level. The roller is lightweight and compact enough for me to take it with me to work each day. The dark color is also useful to help keep it looking clean too. I would definitely recommend this roller to my friends and family.

Great to use to massage sore muscles

Its a really nice vibrating foam roller. I have been working out more to get in better shape and this soothes my sore muscles. It has multiple vibrating settings. The highest is much too powerful for me. I likes the lower settings, it feels really nice.
