Doesn’t work

Have only had the mask since the 14th of September. When I first got it, wouldn’t turn on- charged it for an extended time… and still wouldn’t work, randomly started working. Used for maybe a week, and won’t turn on or anything. I have used different chargers, outlets, etc. won’t do anything. Would like a refund.
