Worn/Used with dirty outsole! No quality control!

Deserves a ZERO Star! Received my online delivery on 1/25/2024. Outsole of the shoes are dirty and obviously used/worn by someone. Can't believe Macy's sent such product to a customer as new shoes on sale for $84. Been a long time Macy's customer and often order online with no problem. This delivery demonstrated there's no quality control. Very disappointing and totally unacceptable! I know I certainly could return them but that's not the point. Should not have to deal with dirty/used product at all!

VERY CUTE, GREAT FIT

These are super cute and warm for the cooler months, fit is right on to my normal sizing. The only downside these are for cooler weather and there is zero traction on the treads and they are very slippery.
