Needs quality control
This is not a Macys issue it is an UGG issue. The right shoe fit fine but the left shoe is more narrow at the outside ball of the foot. In the picture you can see that it it not asnrounded like the right shoe. This probably isn’t an issue for someone with narrow feet but for me that is the widest part of my feet. Plus my left foot is ever so slightly less wide than my right and the shoe was too tight. Sadly my feet do not have any squish to them at all. I also purchased this shoe in a tiger print from another store and even though the sewn label had the same size on them the left shoe was not only more narrow it was half a size longer. So even though they are cute on I will return them. Perhaps Ugg should take a look at there quality control.
The Best In Comfort
I gave it 5 stars because it is so comfortable and has good arch support and looks great on my feet. I read other reviews so I sized down a half size and they fit perfectly. This is the first time I have been able to wear this type of sneaker without it gaping at the sides. Thank you UGGs
Hard sole
The sole of these shoes are hard. My regular size 8 was a little big, too. Uncomfortable shoe with no cushion. I’m returning these.
Love mine
So comfy that's why I love it and I bought brown and white color

Perfect!
I wear 8.5-9 in shoes- after reading the reviews suggesting sizing down, I went with the 8.5. They are perfect. I am obsessed with the chestnut color and of course, anything Ugg is definitely worth the $$.

Beautiful Shoes
Beautiful shoe, runs slightly big. I wear a size 9.5 and they kept sliding off the back of my heels, so unfortunately I had to return. Also, they are definitely a platform style for those who want a lift in their step.
