Great style, footbed not as cushy

I got the dark brown and the style and color are great. I find the fit a little too roomy on top in the front and wish the footbed were softer. I find after wearing for a few hours, my heels are sore (which I haven't had with other Ugg styles like Oh Fluffita and my original short boot).
