Needs better packaging.

The stand is fine and looks very elegant. However, if not packaged very carefully, the base will arrive dented. That was the case with mine, although the dents were too small to bother sending it back. As far as delivery was concerned, Umbra's service was very efficient.

Not heavy enough

The stand is not heavy enough to remain in place with tearing toilet paper off the roll. The design is nice, but the constant moving of the stand outweighs the design.
