Size good, but color FADE

The white space is dyed pink by the black part of the pants. After second time wash it, the water is still very pink while washing. Else is good. But the color made me worry about its quality and safety. And I am also worried that the color will get on my leg after wearing it.

Not true to size

I am a true medium, and these feel like a schmedium to me... definitely snug... as soon as I put them on, went to bend over to tie my shoe & SCREEK!!! Yup! It ripped somewhere, found out where, on the left side inner thigh inseam... grrrr....
