I purchased this mattress pad in a teen size I wasn’t paying attention when I bought it and I expected it to be fitted When I put it on I was a bit nervous about it staying in place It’s very full and fluffy and so far, after a little more than a month of use, it appears to be holding its shape very well with no moving or piling of the filling It has stayed in place perfectly and have not had to move it to position it once In fact I am liking the straps because I can easily fluff up the pad when changing my sheets

Nice topper just not very thick. If you are looking for support, this may be for you. I hope the filling will a while otherwise I will need to sho p again. The price was good so I kept the topper.

The mattress topper is well made at a reasonable price. I especially like the corner elastic straps to keep it in place. I would have given it 5 stars if it was slightly thicker but overall a good value.

Not really anything for you to do. But I just wanted to convey just how botched this experience with this shipment has been. When I received this item, the packaging was a mess. The topper was in a box which only covered half of the product. The other half was sticking out of the box and heavily taped. I had to cut through this mess very carefully in order to remove the topper from the box. This took about 20 minutes. Once removed from the box, the topper was stuffed into what was probably the original plastic bag for the product. Inside that the topper was stuffed into a clear plastic trash bag. Obviously, open box. I did not think to take a picture of the topper in the box, but I did of the box. According to the product description, the thickness of the mattress topper was to be 4 inches. Once I stretched the topper out, it was barely (if that) 2 inches. It had obviously been used as the elastic bands were stretched. So, I put the topper back into the clear trash bag it came in, then into the product bag, then into a Macy’s mailer I happened to have. I processed the return online. I chose to return it to a UPS store and have the UPS store package and return the item. However, when I received the instructions, they stated that I needed to package the item. I tried to go back into the website to verify or redo, but was unable to do so. I was going to the Seattle area this week, so I decided to just return the item to the store. So, I went to the Macy’s at Westfield Southcenter. They processed the return, but not without a nasty comment from one of the cashiers. The comment “They just don’t understand the process” was uncalled for and unprofessional. It was not that I did not understand the process as I order and return things online all the time. The issue was that Macy’s changed the terms of the return, so I just took the topper to the store to be done with the return. Trying to reach anyone in customer service to discuss any of this is nearly impossible. Overall, not the best experience. Certainly not what I would expect of Macy’s. The packaging was a mess, the product was not as described, one of the cashiers was unprofessional, and customer service is nearly non-existent. Overall, a disappointment.

The mattress topper was great. It’s soft while still giving support on your back.
