No delivery

I never received this product. I received an email telling me that it had been shipped but that's where the tracking information stopped. After a reasonable amount of waiting, I reported this to Macy's customer services and was told the product was not available for reorder so a refund would be processed. I was subsequently told via email I was not eligible for a refund but no explanation was provided. I have ordered my pillows from Williams & Sonoma. I will not be trusting Macy's with delivery orders again.
