It’s a beautiful dress…but…

It’s a beautiful dress but the ruffle between the two tiers is sewn in upside down. I even asked for an exchange because of this and it was upside down on the exchanged dress as well. 😫 While I’m keeping the exchanged dress, I will forever obsess about the upside down ruffle. 😕
