Stay away, falls apart

Collar coming apart and dog has only been wearing it for 5 days. Customer service is terrible and is blaming my dogs for “chewing” the collar. My dogs have never ruined a collar before. Would not purchase anything of theirs again since they do not stand behind their products and do the blame game.

Strong and very sweet and cute

I love up country collars, they're adorable, and they never ever break, they will wear out after years of use, but I have never had one break, I've tried so many cute collars and the clip always breaks, only up country is strong enough for my 2 crazy walkers
