Nice headboard but poor customer service
After a 2 month delay in delivery, the product arrived with the attachment brackets installed incorrectly since they were placed horizontally along the bottom of the frame. I would think the mfr. would already have these installed properly. I'm now waiting for Macy's to rectify this so I may attach it. Customer service slipped on this one with no communication provided about the shipment delay and problems setting up the delivery time. The headboard is nicely padded and had only a few loose threads. I'm hoping after all this hassle it actually works with a Tempurpedic adjustable frame as claimed.

Beautiful Headboard - Not Made in USA
It took forever to get here - four months until notification from Macy's that is was in the warehouse, and another 24 days until it was delivered (first available date). Aside from the long wait,this is a beautiful headboard and looks great on our bed. We had opted for delivery into the house, not white glove. It came in a huge box, with the headboard wrapped in plastic - well packaged and in good shape. The only reason I marked it down was because there were so instructions included on how to use the brackets that came with the headboard. We were mounting it to a new bed frame, so it took us a while to figure out how the bracket should be mounted to fit our particular frame. The headboard is well made and solid. The fabric is soft and has a lovely nap. I purchased this one particularly because it said it was made in the USA. However, the label attached to the headboard says: Made in Mexico. I'm still happy with my purchase.

Would not recommend this headboard
I bought this headboard a few yrs ago and it has yellowed terribly at the bottom of the headboard for no reason. I tried to clean it and it does not come clean. I think the filling behind the headboard must be yellow foam and it is showing through. Would not recommend this headboard.

Elegant Headboard
We are very happy with our king headboard. We purchased the embrace bed frame which was a little difficult to align with the headboard. However, the delivery guys managed to assemble it correctly. The color is neutral so it matches our existing furniture and bedding beautifully. We are very happy and recommend this product. Our bedroom is our sanctuary for rest and relaxation.

Excellent headboard. Goes well with the bed. The delivery men from Macy's attached the headboard to the bed. White glove delivery. A service that's a must. Highly recommend this this headboard and service by Macy's.
