I want to love it!

This was my "IT" LIP liner. Great rating on EWG.ORG. I loved it....UNTIL I was scratched by what appears to be plastic black wrap around liner. I thought I could get rid of it by using my lip sharpener. Sharpening made things worse. Plus, I do NOT want a pencil that shreds microplastics onto my lips, mouth. Come on! Please correct this very unsafe design! Why have a great liner, with best glide on coverage and great color and ruin it with unsafe black plastic?? Please fix this innecessary show stopper! I want to use your product, safely! I can't be the only one with this concern? Not worth losing customers keeping that very unsafe and terrible black wrap around a great liner.

Very upset

I love urban decay , was looking for any lo liner . The salesman told me that t”this” lip liner was great. I loved the idea since it was clear . But the first time I went to use the pencil, a Big Chunk came off and when you use the sharpener you can not get right . So is a waste of product. And besides the liner those holds very well . Hate to waste money
