I have no idea why this has such high ratings. I was in need of a new black lipstick since Fenty discontinued the matte black. I searched tons of brands, but a black is hard to come by for some reason. I like Urban Decay, and say this had good reviews, so I just bought it. It applies absolutely horrible. It's so oily and streaky and it feels so sticky and slimy. Even when you shake it like the carton instructs, it still applies that way. Horrible and overpriced.

Did Not Like the Color
I got the shade "Text Em" which is described as a dusty rose. When I put it on, it looks like PEACH on me. I have Never had any kind of lip color do this before. Even in the UD photos, it looks like 2 different colors on lighter skinned people and darker skinned people. I am mystified why the product comes out like this and will certainly not be buying any more. I am very light skinned and the product is peach on me, not dusty and not rose.

Urban Decay Vice Lip Bond Longwear liquid
Ordered the Urban Decay Vice Lip Bond lip gloss, this was the second shipment because the lipgloss tip was bent on a deep angle, not straight, the lip gloss was all over the wand and opening, looks highly used. Even the box had been opened multiple times. The condition the lip gloss arrived to me twice now, looks as if it is the same lipgloss that I returned. Both are used and damaged, and not hygienic. I’am returning the lipgloss back to Macys, I wish I had taken a photo of the first lipgloss that I returned, because they look the same, in the same condition, and it shows delivered by Doordash on the second shipment. I can not provide any review on this product, as it was used and damaged and not hygienic.

Vice Lip Bond
Seems okay so far; however, I need more time to determine if it's truly long lasting as well as moist.
Decent product
I got Give 'em backtalk and Toy with me. Both looked pretty on my Olive skin. Stayed on pretty well.. only a little came off when I wiped with a napkin. I'm happy about the clean Ingredients too. Good product overall.
