It Survived

Needed and ordered new luggage for vacation! 9 flight exchanges later, all airports and cruise ship later- IT SURVIVED! We all know how airports operates when it comes to handling luggage, they are ever so gently… NOT! It held up to my over packing (as I always do) heavy weight but was still easy to maneuver push, pull pick and load up all while looking stylish ✨ 4 more trips planned 1 down & 3 to go! Good luck with yours because I LOVE mines!

Disappointed

Unfortunately, as beautiful as they look, the handle didn’t stay up. So the whole time I was traveling the handle kept sliding down and my bag on top kept falling off. It was incredibly challenging and frustrating. They glide seamlessly but the handle was a disappointment. In the process of returning them but it’s tricky and I’m going to have to pay for some of it out of pocket.

DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

After 1 trip with this luggage, wheels had fallen off, and the straps had broken. Internally the inside fabric also ripped. Very nice looking luggage but that's about it. I do not recommend.

Looks were deceiving

I purchased these in November 2024 and didn't use them for 3 months on my first trip of 2025. Luggage operated well, wheels rolled smoothly and the luggage was very appealing to the eye. However, the overall feel of the luggage was shaky and thin. On the second trip a month later, the zipper failed and our clothes were protruding from the luggage when we returned home. I love the look and wish I'd taken them out of their box before the warranty expired.

Worse customer experience

I am giving this a (1) not for the product but rather for Macy’s customer service. What I ordered was not what I received. They shipped something completely different. To make matters worse, when I tried to return to the near by store I was told I can only ship it back to their warehouse. Well shipping it back, they provide a return label, but you have to pay ups store to print out the label, you have to pay ups store to tape the box up! So for something that was agreed and confirmed by the store that Macy’s warehouse made a mistake to ship me the wrong item, and then putting me thru these extra loops to return it and incur extra costs. I am certainly sure the company has lost a loyal customer for life. Will start by canceling my Macy’s card! Thanks for the years. Good luck

Stunning

They are beautiful! I haven’t had a chance to use them yet, but I love the looks and feel of them. The interior seems well thought out. So far….great. Had to give only 4 stars because as I said…haven’t used them yet.
