disappointed

I ordered a size ten and but they must be mislabeled or something., because it was more like a size 12. And as a last act item, I cannot return or exchange. They run extremely big!

They fit way too big and are not tts at all! So upset because they are NOT returnable.

FINALLY A STYLISH SHOE JUST FOR ME

I absolutely love them! I am 5’11” woman and it’s always been challenging finding cute trendy shoes. This Michelle pump by Vaila is trendy, cute and comfortable. I hope Macy’s will carry more selections from Vaila. I recommend this shoe!

Perfect for

Love love love this shoe. My foot is really wide and I have been struggling to find perfect pumps. This shoe was like an answered prayer. It fits really well, I got a size 12 and I have no issues with it.

runs very large

Nice shoes but understand they run VERY LARGE so unfortunately after one wear I find them useless, even stuffing them my feet slips out. I purchased a 10 and it was more like a 12. Post sale I watched the shoe commercial and the shoe even appeared big on the model. Try these first before you buy!
