Missing pants

My husband had this suit in a larger size that was too big. We both the correct size but when it arrived there was a jacket and no pants! He tried to chat with customer service but was told they couldn’t help because he’d already tried to return the pants! What in the world? We returned the jacket and didn’t reorder. The saleslady said this suit gets returned a lot. Maybe because no one gets pants!

Suit fitted great I am 5'10" 180lbs and I got the 40s. Only thing I didn't like were the shoulder pads but oh well. The quality and the dark blue color are amazing.

For the price this suit is alright. Fit was a bit boxy and oversized. For reference my partner is 6’2” 32”x 34” pant, athletic build. Ordered a 40L which was the appropriate length but oversized in the chest and waist.

The pants are not a 32 waist on a 38 short or regular. They come in as a 31 waist.
