Design flaw
Love the look & quality…I purchased two pair- the left shoe in both pairs had a heavy seam at the heal ~ I first thought ..maybe just need to be broken in..not. The seam did not soften up…rubbing and blisters. Macys took both pair back after return deadline ~ full refund. Macy’s 👍
