Needs to be packed more securely

I bought this candle in Moss. It's very pretty, prettier than it looks on the website, and is truly unscented (a huge plus for me). However, the candle came slightly damaged due to the way it was packed. I was able to fix it well enough by running a lit match over it a few times and reshaping it, but bubble wrapping it probably would have helped. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.
