I’ve used this bedding set in a vacation rental. It washes extremely well and shows no sign of wear after many washings. The only thing I would change is it could be just a little bigger - doesn’t have any extra for covering on a deep mattress.
I've had this King quilt for three years. My husband and I both like it that the fish form a geometric pattern so the pattern is not "cutesy." The wearability is decent. There is wear on the edges and a few fabric snags. The two biggest negatives are the size and fading. First, the product description says it is 104 x 90 but I dispute that. I measure it to be 90x84. The quilt is not long enough to cover the mattress. See photos. Second, it has faded. We only wash it about four times per year (we use blankets underneath it and have a coverlet on top for the dog.) No bleach. Gentle cycle. The colors on the shams faded after a couple of washes, but quilt was okay. As such I bought an extra pair of shams for when the old shams were too bad to use. In the meantime, the quilt started to fade, so I never used the new shams. The photos below show the vibrant colored new shams, directly out of the package against the faded shams and quilt.
The fish are subtle but there are fish. I htought it might not show the fish that much. I do love the colors and the quality. I would buy again.
This was NOT a King! So disappointing! The colors were nice but the fabric was stiff. I will NEVER buy this brand again!
I looked at this quilt for quite sometime and grabbed it on a good sale. We have a king size bed without any toppers, Ect, so fit has never been an issue. After getting over the initial disappointment of it not being the quality I would expect from Vera Bradley/ Macy's I washed per instructions It's absolutely not a normal size King quilt I have it pulled down on the bed with pillows covering the quarter of my bed to make it work Obviously I'm keeping it but only until I find a replacement Maybe it will work on the queen bed in the guest room
Tried 3 different orders to get it right, no luck.
Not what I expected. It is advertised as being a King quilt, but it is too small for my king bed. Just barely covers. The material is very thin. I will use it as a summer quilt.
It's a beautiful print, but too thin for Fall. I'm hoping it's still around in the Spring.
