I WOULD BUY THIS PRODUCT AGAIN BUT...............
I specifically didn't open the box with a knife because the packaging said not to. However when I opened it, one of the plastic pockets had scratches on them. I was really upset but it took a while to get it in and I was going on vacation. It came in the day before I had to leave so I couldn't return it. I just have to deal with it. If ya'll are gonna take the time to write specific directions on opening the package, maybe the people who unpack them and then pack them up for shipping, should take the same care.

I would buy again, but could use a little modification
I love this bag for up to 4 or 5 days traveling. I took it on our recent road trip. The only drawback is at the bottom of the zipper bag it needs an elastic strap, or maybe a two-part one that can fasten with velcro to hold items when it is folded. The hem end of my dresses slid to the bottom third of the bag when zipped closed and came out wrinkled.

Nice bag
This is a nice bag and is handy. I used it for a trip where I drove. The only problem is the hanging compartment is short and also my hangers could not hook onto the loops so I could not use the hanging loops. My clothes wrinkled but I had my steamer, which easily fit in the middle of the bag, along with a few pairs of shoes and my cosmetics. Your clothes will wrinkle so if you use this pack items that don't wrinkle badly. Works best for slacks and tops; dresses will be scrunched up. It does have room for other things which is good.

A great versatile piece!
I judge national cheerleading championships all over the US almost every weekend and I have to pack professional outfits for a 3 day weekend that won't get wrinkled. This bag is great because it allows me to pack my hanging outfits in a smaller bag which also provides space within the duffle for other items. The straps are nice, sturdy and adjust to a great length however I wish there was an option to roll one end of the duffle, especially if the duffle is heavy and I'm pulling another another bag through the airport.

Best weekend bag available!
I used this bag for a weekend getaway - beyond my expectations. This bag holds plenty and is light weight so it was easy to carry and get in and out of the card! Not sure if this meet the dimensions of carry on luggage - but for car travel perfect!
