Order was cancelled right after purchasing

After purchasing, I got an email saying my order was cancelled because they needed to verify me. They had taken the money from my account and after verifying me, they told me I could just repurchase the item. This would have resulted in 2 transactions. So, I waited 3 days before the money was back in my account and purchased the item again just to receive that same email about them needing to verify me again. At that point, I just gave up.
