Steaks, Chops, Burgers perfectly cooked every time. If you have not experienced perfectly cooked meat buy one of these. Season the steak, vacuum seal the bag, set the water temperature (137 degrees is perfect for me), drop the meat into the water, wait 4 or more hours, open the bags when you are ready and sear both sides 2-3 minutes. Never overcooks always comes out medium rare. Change the temperature if you want rare, medium, whatever.
