Don't buy this tree-Product Detail misleading

This states clearing under "Product details" that it comes with 550 clear lit lights.......which as an 80 yr female I believed. .... it also states elsewhere it "IS UNLIT" which I didn't see. ...I called Macys to report this is not the tree I ordered, and guess what...THEY SENT ME THE SAME TREE AGAIN! Now I have 2, yes 2 trees, that I do not want!!!!! I'm on hold waiting for a MANAGER to talk to me. The tree is skimpy, I would never buy it without lights and am returning both trees. It does not look like the picture at all. The branches are not full. Almost a Charlie Brown Christmas Tree. BEWARE: I'm prejudiced against this tree after my experience. I feel like when I'm in a doctor's office being treated like "a little old lady who doesn't know what I'm talking about... (and I'm a retired nurse)"! As to the question what could be better? Receiving the tree that looks like the picture with 550 pc clear lit lights on it!!!!!!The first and second times!
