Watch

Bought this watch for my husband and it is really nice. However the face/bezel is smaller than what I had hoped for. I was looking for a larger face/bezel. The online description did not give any indication as to the size, so that didn't help. We may be returning it.

Awesome watch and wonderful Macy's customer service.

I was purchasing this watch as a college graduation gift for my son on short time frame. The Utica Jewelry staff checked and did not have this model but Crossgates did. I called and was helped by a fantastic Macy's staff member, Donna who has exceptional customer service. She gave me a very descriptive overview of the watch over the phone and processed my order and is holding it in the Macy's safe until I pick it up.
