works long enough to get a good review, then breaks

I received the journey+ as a birthday gift last year, and I used it fairly regularly for about two months, then stored it as instructed for a few months. Upon wanting to use it again, it was not powering on in any outlet. I worked with service, who was super friendly and sent me a replacement, which worked for approximately 1 day before shutting down and not working again (I even let it cool off for a few days while I was away from home to see if that would help, but it seems the system is just not good no matter how long you give it to adjust or reset or anything). These record players are great for a kid who you think will be interested in records for a month and then forget about it, but if you collect records and play them as a major form of entertainment in your home, I would never recommend this to anyone. Just opt for a brand that is slightly more expensive but might actually work for a reasonable amount of time.

Great idea

Was so excited for this product but after the 2nd use both the records kept skipping and replaying the same part. Even though I used it excactly how you should. Should of kept the receipt.

Nostalgic piece of ones past!

This is a beautiful timepiece that will always be who I am. Music is me and the color also will show who I am. Love the added piece of display!

Totally recommended!

It was packaged very well to avoid damages during shipping, the delivery took just a couple of days and the player is perfect! Good sound, easy to play and compact!
