A Learning Curve but Then Great
I love to cook so I was excited to try out this Viking 10 piece 3-Ply Hammered Copper Cookware Set. I like that the handles stay cool while cooking on the stove top even though they are metal. I also like being able to see how things are cooking with the glass lids. It is helpful that the cookware can go into the oven at temperatures up to 600 degrees. There is a learning curve in using coper cookware. Food can be cooked at a lower temperature because copper has even heat distribution. Caring requires a little different cleaning method and polishing if you want to keep the copper bright. It seems like it's a little harder to clean because it has a stainless steel interior. I'm used to nonstick pans. Once you get the hang of cooking and caring for your Viking Professional Cookware, I think you will enjoy it.

It’s a beautiful set
I’ve been using the Viking Culinary 3-Ply Hammered Copper Clad 10-Piece Cookware Set about 4 to 6 times a week, and overall, it’s been a great upgrade to my kitchen. The cookware heats evenly and quickly, and I love that I rarely need to use high heat to get good results. I also appreciate the glass lids for easy monitoring. The handles stay cool and feel sturdy, which makes them easy to maneuver during busy cooking sessions. That said, there are a few things to keep in mind. The copper exterior requires regular polishing to keep it looking nice, and the set isn’t induction compatible. Also, the stainless steel surface can stick with certain foods like eggs if you don’t preheat properly or use enough oil. Still, if you don’t mind a little maintenance and want a set that’s both functional and stylish, this cookware gives a solid performance with a touch of luxury.

Show stoppers in the culinary world!
Gasp! These pots and pans are GORGEOUS! Hands down, second to none- THE most beautiful set I have ever known. They’re show stoppers. I want to use them as my Christmas tree topper. That’s how angelic they are. I can tell the quality of craftsmanship is what all pots and pans should be based on. The heat distribution seems to be great. I am using them on an old stove though. That’s why I have 4/5 stars. The instructions state that the pans need to be used on a lower temperature siting that they are extremely efficient and because of that, they require less heat. My pots required the same heat as my much more budget friendly pots. Overall, I love them. Couldn’t ask for better. They’re a lifetime quality. You can feel the difference. The copper will be finicky to maintain but well worth it. These pots are of entertainment quality. They’re Beauts, Clark! I highly recommend!

Beautiful and versatile
The Viking copper clad cookware set is beautiful with its copper exterior. It is an easy to use set with a variety of sizes. This set can complete your cooking needs. The construction is great and pans seem to heat up evenly across the pan. Like any stainless steel set, cleaning is easy as long as nothing is burned on.

Best cookware set you’ll ever have!
The Viking culinary 3-ply hammered copper clad 10 piece set is so amazing. If I could give it more stars than five I would they’re very heavy duty, durable and they look absolutely gorgeous. It was very easy to cook in them after you follow directions how to use them. They’re very easy to clean overall this is one of the best cookware sites I’ve ever had.
