Nice kettle but not painted to a high standard

This is a lovely kettle. But looking at it closely the painted design isn’t to a high quality as expected from this company. There are a few paint speckles around the painted print.

Hoping this will be more robust than the last one.

Bought to replace an identical kettle bought 4 years ago. The whistle component detached so we've been using the kettle with the spout open and no whistle.

Paint chipping inside the kettle

The paint is chipping off the inside of the kettle. It has been used for 2 months, and hand washed.

Beautiful and good quality - but hard to open :(

I got this as a gift for my mom, who loves Villeroy products. She had recently burned her other Villeroy kettle, so she was excited to get this one, which is indeed very pretty and chic. However, opening the top part proved quite difficult, and my mom was disappointed. I would have given the kettle five stars if not for the difficulty of opening it :(

Love this tea kettle

This is the perfect size. Probably serves up to 5 or 6 cups of tea without refilling. The quality is outstanding and the color in the images is beautifully done. Vivid, bright, clear and lively. The Noah's Ark theme is adorable. I'm sure I'll get a lot of use and compliments. This unique teapot isn't something you will see in everyone's kitchen. Love , love, love!
