Product damaged

The product came damaged. The small tray was cracked and there were cracks in the porcelain

What's not to love!!!!

These salt and pepper shakers make my kitchen pop!!!! They are adorable on the counter beside the Villeroy and Boch dinner plate that is on display. Love this purchase, and got it at a very affordable price.

Consistently defective

They are beautiful, but unfortunately over the period of 3 months I purchased 3 sets, having to replace each for the same reason. The salt solidified as hard as a rock in the shaker and tiny hairline cracks formed on the outside glazing. Hopefully, the manufacturer will correct the problem. I have the entire Villeroy & Boch china set and I love it, but I'm very surprised with the quality control of this particular item.
