Very nice item

When my husband and I built our home, the kitchen decor wasn't planned to be anything in particular, I just wanted it to be charming, whatever that is. My first purchase more than twenty years ago was an Evesham Vale canister set that features handpainted fruits of various types. Then recently I discovered and purchased this Villeroy & Boch French Garden Modern Fruit Set salad plates. Two are now displayed on the white tile backsplash behind the range and the other two are on the oak cabinets that flank the windows. 'Charming' showed up!

Love them and the coffee cups

They are beautiful, but the pattern wasn’t exactly what my daughter had and wanted salad plates of , so I returned them and she ordered the ones she wanted while they were on special. I’ll order her some more pieces later. I would have chosen them for myself but my patern from Macys is in Lenox. My daughters pattern is another Viceroy and Boch. I think the French Garden pattern is gorgeous!

Love this large pretty bowl. Easily holds 2 lbs of pasta. Well made; dishwasher safe. It's the perfect size for entertaining.

Villeroy & Boch are always reliable when it comes to durability and quality. I haven't bought pasta bowls in a while and I decided to purchase these when they were on sale. I've been using them for a few months now and I can attest that they are durable, because I've bang them on my marble counter a few times by accident and not a chip happened as with any good quality bone china. These are as good as some of my Wedgewood bone china! Vivid color and good size too for a hefty size portioned pasta!

Lovely big bowls. These are huge! They are great for serving vegetable side dishes, and for indulging in big individual salads.
