I received a different set of dinnerware from what I had ordered and now I am told have to return the wrong set to the store!

Great set for the price!

Nice, reasonably priced set. I wasn’t crazy about the soup “plate” vs a cereal bowl, but it has been a nice change.

Beautiful

These are to replace my mikasa antique white set of twenty two years because after researching they contain lead in the glaze. Villeroy and bosch said they don’t use lead or cadmium in their glaze. So these are not only beautiful but safer dinnerware!

Superb

Villeroy & Boch is top of the line for style and quality. The Manoir dishes are not only beautiful, but you will be so impressed by how well these dishes hold up. The style is classic, and can easily shift between traditional, vintage, and more modern settings. No chips, ever! These are not just special occasion dishes. You can use them every day and they will hold up for years. I actually worked for this company 20 years ago, can attest to decades of use, and witnessed myself, a teacup fall from a counter and bounce on a wooden floor! Now, you can’t expect porcelain dishware to survive a fall onto tile or surface, such as that. But believe in the quality of this company. There are very few companies that deliver a product with elegance and durability.

Delicate dishes.

Product is good. A little too delicate for daily family usage though. Soup bowls and cereal bowls are on the smaller side.
