Soup bowl

The bowl is not too deep. I love them. Goes with the set I got. Nicely made.

Large rim for UK tastes

I liked the colour and understated look but the bowl part looks a bit out of proportion to the wide edge; it would be nice as a serving dish for cherries but is altogether rather large for the volume and not dishwasher friendly

New Wave takes Culinary Art to Museum Level Design

As a Lifestyle blogger, table designer and food stylist, I am keenly tuned into the beautiful elements that create a special dining experience. I was in the market for a new look for my new high rise apartment in the city. I wanted my dish selection to serve as an accent to the level of sophistication of my interior design, and my New Wave line of dishes from Villeroy & Boch did just that! White is always a welcomed choice, especially for cooks who like their food styling to be the main attraction. New Wave is not just a white. It is a beautiful, soft white that performs this function beautifully, standing fashionably as the background of interest, allowing the culinary art to take center stage. They are easy to load into the dishwasher, and beautiful to layer. My guests have been "wowed" by my New Wave. I am so looking forward to the gorgeous new shade of gray coming onto the New Wave scene. Did I mention that my apartment is designed in gray and white? Congrats to Villeroy and Boch. You are much appreciated!

Love New Wave

I cant seem to stop buying pieces to add to my collection of Villaroy & Boch New Wave. Today I found the appetizer plates and I fell in love with them. This is one of the prettiest, sexiest place setting I have every seen. I simply love it. I also bought from the same manufactures the Obi stemware and absolutely completes my table. Thanks for designing something so unique.

My "New Wave" Dinnerware

When I saw this dinnerware it was like love at first sight. However, when I got home and my daughters saw it we were fighting like if we were fighting for our love at first sight man LOL We love it and I can use all types of colors to decorate around it!
