Has small rhinestones. LOVE IT

I'm glad I took a chance and ordered this as I read that it had sparkle, but couldn't find it in the pictures. Plain black is great, but I have plenty of that This is super cute with the sparse rhinestones Theodore. Looking forward to wearing it
