cute, runs large

Very very cute, also sophisticated enough for a hot day at the office. I am 5'9" tall, 47" bust and 53" hips. I usually wear a 1x or 2x top and size 22 pants. This 2x is way too big- the armholes bag open and the bodice is too big around. I should have gotten the 1x i think.
