Odd fit

I ordered the dark brown and they look beautiful but the way the boot is embedded in the heel is odd. I get that they are a western styling but my normal size 6 in boots gave me about an inch and 1/4 ish of squared toe that was longer than your total foot. Makes it awkward to walk in. Also the Calf needs a zipper. Would be a nice snug fit if you could zip them up and not have to pull them up over pants.
