Nice skirt

It was s bit long for a 5’3” woman. I had 3 inches taken off the bottom and it fit great. It’s one of my favorite skirts.

Nice skirt, basic construction

Overall the skirt is nice. However, the stitching of the elastic band around the waist is not great. I had to creating a blind stitch by hand to keep the elastic from flipping outward. If I had purchased this skirt at full price, I would have returned it.
