Poor quality and lots of hassle!

It took forever to receive the items then returned to get the refund. I won’t order anymore from this seller also will avoid all the third party. Thank you Macy’s for this trouble!

Poor quality

I thought this coat was just what I was looking for, no down filling, thigh length, button off hood. However there are many flaws. The lining has torn in less than a month, the coat filling is coming through the quilting and the stitching on one of the cuffs popped and that cuff is now slightly longer (see pics). Plus the coat needs a two way zipper and the collar doesn’t lay flat or fold so it is constantly in my face. My advice, pass on this one. Even on sale, not worth the money.
