Beautiful gown must have precise measurements

Beautiful gown, but the proportions were way off on me. Loose in hips and really tight in shoulders and bust. The gown is quite heavy with all the sequins which would probably be quite warm. The color and detail are quite exquisite. Nice length for formal dress.
