Color shown not accurate, falls open

It's lovely, but it runs really small, and there is nothing holding it closed but the silky belt. I can't wear it because I'm afraid I'm going to pop out of it, and I can't return it because it's last act. Also, the color is not as shown. It's much more red-ish.
