A MUST READ !

Needed a comfortable beautiful reliable office chair, saw this and the price, better than expected. Had problem right after assembly a part broke, but after a QUICK messaging with customer service team, they sent me a new replacement immediately and I use it for hours 6 days a week. A GREAT BUY!
