Busted after one day of use

I was so excited about this cute bag. It seemed to be high quality. After one day of use, the grommet on the strap to cinch the laptop fell off - clearly not manufactured well. I intended to use this bag for work travel so a working strap is a must. I then figured, no problem, a high quality brand such as Vooray should stick by their product and they will make this right. Well, in the past two months, I have emailed their support twice and left a voicemail and they have not responded. So now I'm stuck with a busted bag. Shame on you, Vooray. Do better.
