Classy, Practical and the Right Size
Bought this piece at Aventura, FL where service is great. Helped me choose this bag for my cruise as a backup in case my luggage is late or lost.

Design flaw.
First, the good things. The bag is spacious and the many pockets are great for organizing your travel items. The cell phone pocket is nice, however it’s very tight and difficult to squeeze your hand inside to remove the phone from the compartment. I also like the hooks inside to add the Tumi organizer pouches. LOVE being able to convert the duffle into a backpack, and the straps are well cushioned and able to be tucked away when not in use. The shoe compartment and water bottle pockets add an additional layer of convenience and organization. Now, with that being said… I HATE how they’ve designed the add-a-bag feature on this duffel. It’s a hidden pocket made of the same material as the lining. Instead of being structured, it’s very loose and doesn’t fit well on ANY of my luggage. It topples over any carry-on, and slides around the handle of my larger suitcases. So when the luggage is stacked and you’re attempting to walk through an airport, the duffle makes that very cumbersome, and I’m constantly having to readjust. So despite trying many configurations over several trips, I’ve only been able to make it work by using it as a backpack instead. I own over a dozen Tumi bags. If the add-a-bag strap was redesigned, this duffel would be my all time favorite Tumi purchase. But the way it stands now, it’s just okay and I avoid using it on long international trips.
