Beautiful But Defective

This bracelet is more beautiful in person. I got it as a gift for a friend who has the "evil eye" beliefs. But the one sent to me was NOT in any way adjustable. It would not open at all and no one could open it, or wear it only 3 inches wide! It is a real shame, as it arrived on time, lovely packaging and really pretty. They should check that the items they send can actually open and be worn. Returned.
