Small random cut in fabric

I ordered 7 pairs of these panties to replace Jockey microfiber ones that were aging. I love these panties and had a few pairs previously. I opened a package of each new panty as I gradually threw away older ones. Past Macy's 30 day return window, I opened a pair and immediately noticed 3 random small cuts in the fabric. They had never been removed from the sealed plastic bag they arrived in. I haven't worn or washed them yet but I expect the fabric will unravel where the cuts are. They are not in a seam where I might be able to fix them. Very disappointed. I will contact Warners to see if they can be replaced
